Innergy is a holistic approach focused on nurturing your inner bliss, aiming to eliminate negative outcomes by recognizing that the true challenge often lies within ourselves.
Our mission is to empower individuals towards sustainable mental health and fitness transformations. We utilize effective holistic programming and evidence-based practices to minimize conditions like depression, anxiety, and obesity, ultimately striving for clinical remission of mental health issues.
At Innergy, we believe in a holistic view of wellness that encompasses the entire mind and body. Our philosophy promotes a lifestyle of self-reflection and inner joy. Our training method targets physical, emotional, social, and intellectual aspects, encouraging a lifelong commitment to wellness.
Our programs employ cognitive behavioral and fitness interventions designed to help both adults and children develop skills to overcome aggression, mental misconceptions, and disruptive behaviors. Key components of our evidence-based program include:

- Small group training activities
1. Intake Assessment: A 10-minute consultation to assess fitness levels, followed by a medical history review.
2. Monthly Character Traits: Each month focuses on a specific character trait, promoting community engagement and personal growth.
3. Nutrition Education :Tailored meal plans based on individual macronutrient needs and fitness goals.
4. Habit Reduction: Clients work on minimizing one bad habit each month and replacing it with a positive one.
5. Commitment Tracking: Clients track their commitments on a board to ensure accountability.
Each month features a new theme focused on character traits such as gratitude, integrity, service, and self-control, along with associated fitness and nutritional tasks.
Monday & Wednesday: Morning and afternoon classes at various times
- Tuesday:1-on-1 training by appointment (members only) Open GYM
- Thursday: Open GYM cardio and group classes
- Friday: Morning and afternoon classes
- Saturday: Boot camp sessions / Yoga
- Sunday: Therapeutic hiking sessions
Clients engage with motivational readings each month, including titles like "As a Man Thinketh" by James Allen and "Creative Mind" by Ernest Holmes.
Clients are required to maintain a commitment board, ensuring they stay on track with their personal fitness goals and character development throughout the program.
