Innergy Transformation Studio, a clinical therapeutic fitness facility dedicated to empowering individuals through holistic health and fitness transformations. Our classes are designed to address the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual aspects of wellness, promoting a regenerative lifestyle focused on inner bliss.
Class Overview
Class Format: Each class integrates therapeutic fitness techniques with evidence-based practices aimed at minimizing mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. Classes focus on building social skills, character development, and fostering a supportive community.
Class Categories
1. Functional Movement Classes
- Description: These classes begin with a assessment to determine individual fitness levels through functional movements. Participants will engage in exercises like body squats, jump squats, lunges, and wall sits.
- Goal: Establish a baseline for fitness and create personalized rehabilitation plans.
2. Character Development Incorporated in workout Plan at the end.
- Description: Each month focuses on a specific character trait (e.g., gratitude, integrity, service). Activities include discussions, journaling, and exercises that encourage self-reflection and community engagement.
- Goal (commitment): Foster personal growth and accountability while enhancing interpersonal relationships.
3. Nutritional Education in Sessions
- Description: Monthly workshops that educate clients on macronutrients, meal planning, and lifestyle changes. Participants will learn how to incorporate balanced diets into their fitness routines.
- Goal: Promote healthy eating habits that align with personal fitness goals.
4. Group Fitness Training
- Description: Small group classes designed to build community and encourage teamwork in a Structured Plan. Workouts include circuit training, plyometrics, and obstacle courses that challenge physical endurance and weightlifting.
- Goal: Enhance physical fitness while fostering social skills and collaboration among participants.
5. Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Training
- Description: At the end of Classes we focus on identifying and addressing cognitive distortions that lead to negative thinking patterns. Techniques include mindful speaking, emotional reasoning, and stress management strategies.
- Goal : Develop healthier thinking patterns and improve overall mental well-being.
6. Commitment and Accountability in and out of Sessions
- Description : Each participant will have a commitment board to track progress on personal goals. Weekly check-ins will help ensure that commitments are met and adjusted as needed.
- Goal : Foster a sense of responsibility and accountability in achieving fitness and personal development goals.
